The Kings League is an exciting competition that seamlessly merge sport and entertainment in a very creative way. With renowned content creators as club presidents, we propose to play sports with new and disruptive rules, all streamed live on social media.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Commercial Manager to build strategic alliances that will maximize the profitability of the assets and properties marketed by Kings League.

Main Responsibilities
· Participate actively in the definition, development and implementation of the commercial strategy.
· Identify opportunities to attract new sponsorships through broad and deep market analysis.
· Capture cross boarders' sponsorships, by contacting proactively potential partners that complement existing alliances.
· Negotiate sponsorship contracts and commercial alliances, in accordance with Kings Leagues' commercial strategy, that maximize profitability and strengthen brand positioning.
· Build and maintain excellent professional relationships with sponsors and stakeholders, to offer a high-quality service and generate mutual loyalty.
· Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in the implementation of sponsorship contracts at events.
· Analyse the performance of commercial activities by using key metrics

ABOUT YOU
· You have demonstrated 12 - 15 years' experience in capturing and managing commercial agreements. You have experience in the sports sponsorships industry.
· Ability to communicate efficiently and very operationally, a sense of written and oral communication, in Spanish as in English.
· Required experience in international markets, both European and non-European.
· Proven track record in managing teams.
· Proactive, flexible, and problem-solving attitude, you are able to prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
· Humble and approachable, you are a team player, with great collaboration skills, that always put the team goals above your personal interest.
· Well organized and planned, you can translate the strategic plan into an operational plan that is measurable and achievable, and deliver results against key objectives.
· A pragmatic approach, autonomous as well as collaborative, can play both at a strategic level and roll up your sleeves and get involved in the execution details.
· You are a strong negotiator, that gets the best out of commercial alliances, with a win-win mindset.
· Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to build strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
· Ideally based in London, co-working with coordination from the Barcelona headquarters.
